The Presence Process

“Today we all face an increasing flow of events about which we may feel we can do nothing. This is not true. It is crucial we now experientially realize we are each responsible for navigating the quality of our personal experience. The Presence Process teaches us how to embrace authentic personal responsibility. It reveals the mechanics shaping the way we feel about our life and how we manifest our experience in a manner that empowers us to respond consciously to every facet of our lives. It offers a simple, practical approach to accomplishing and maintaining personal peace in the midst of accelerating change, discomfort, conflict and chaos.

Our journey through The Presence Process will help us realize that when we make statements or ask questions such as these, we are not actually talking about a physical event, but about our feelings towards or in reaction to the re-occurring emotional cycles in our life. It is the unintegrated emotional content of our life experience that constantly repeats and causes us to manifest mental and physical imbalance.” Michael Brown – Author of The Presence Process


The Presence Process is a unique journey into what Michael Brown calls Present Moment Awareness. It is comprised of a 10 week commitment, in which you connect your breath for 15 minutes twice a day, use Conscious Responses in the form of affirmations and read each chapter of the book which is divided into the ten weeks. I recently competed the process for the fourth time around. Each time I have been able to experience an ever growing cultivation of Presence that has had a profound effect on my life experience.
